Management Quota in BAMS Course

You may still be able to acquire admission through the management quota even if you did not meet the requirements to be placed on the merit list for this institute’s Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) programs and you want to continue your studies there.

Students who did not meet the requirements to be admitted based on merit might still be accepted through a supplementary admissions process known as the management quota. The application procedure for getting on the merit list is not the same as the process for getting on the management quota.

Eligibility Requirements for the BAMS

  • Class 12 or comparable examination in science courses (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English core in Class 11 and Class 12 from a recognized board is necessary.
  • Candidates must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission.
  • Candidates must get a minimum of 50% in the Class 12 Board Exam. For admission to the BAMS program, candidates must have passed NEET examination

The Procedure for Admission

One of the programs provided at Akkamahadevi Ayurvedic college Bidar is a Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree program with a surgical and Ayurvedic focus. Students will learn about traditional remedies produced from plants and shrubs throughout this session. These drugs can be used to treat uncommon disorders that cannot be treated using standard medical procedures.

Candidates are expected to do a one-year internship following the completion of their degree in order to apply the theoretical knowledge gained throughout their studies to a medical context.

If you qualify for the merit list, you will be admitted by completing an online form. If your name is not on the merit list, you can still apply through management quotas.

Using the Management Quota system

The management quota is a system that allows students not accepted on the merit list to enroll in BAMS courses. Students who did not match the standards to be put on the merit list may benefit from this strategy, which allows them to be accepted based on their skills and credentials. Direct Admissions helps students who haven’t qualified in the merit list of their choice of college get admission using management quotas.
