Sri Raghavendra Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital Chitradurga (S.R.A.M.C.H.) is among the most prestigious Private Ayurvedic Colleges in Karnataka.

Management Quota in BAMS Course

Applicants who weren’t successful in qualifying for the merit list may still have the opportunity to enroll in the BAMS program by taking advantage of the management quota. The quota is determined by the number of vacant seats in the class and is used to fill any seats that remain after everyone else has been accommodated. The deadline for submission of applications is typically two weeks prior to the start of the new academic year.

Eligibility Requirements for the BAMS

  • Students who wish to enroll in the B.A.M.S. program must have passed the 10+2 state board examination or any other examination deemed comparable by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore (R.G.U.H.S.). In addition, they must have obtained at least fifty percent of attainable points in the P.C.B. categories.
  • However, the minimum percentage mark requirement for admission to the B.A.M.S. course is dropped by 10% for students belonging to the SC/ST category and other categories (applicable only to the Karnataka. state students)
  • No candidate will be considered for admission unless they will have reached the age of 17 by the end of the application year.
