About East Point College Of Pharmacy
Bangalore’s East Point College of Pharmacy was founded in 2004–2005 and is run by the MG Charitable Trust, which is led by the honorable chairman Dr. S.M. Venkatapathi. The college is associated with Bangalore, Karnataka State’s Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, and it has received approval from both the Pharmacy Council of India and AICTE New Delhi.
The East Point College of Pharmacy was created with the primary goal of fostering students’ development of in-depth knowledge and practical skills for practicing the profession of pharmacy and willingness to apply the most recent knowledge of pharmacy in the best interests of the patient and the community.

Management Quota In Pharmacy Colleges
Pharmacy institutions have the option of admitting students through management quotas.
By using this method, pharmacy colleges may fill their admissions seats without turning away qualified applicants. If you are on the merit list but are qualified for a management quota, you should apply to the institution. Your application will be reviewed by the institution, and if they decide you have what it takes, they could offer you a place.
Eligibility:-
- Candidates must have received at least 40% in any combination of P.C.M. or P.C.B. (minimum eligibility should be based on the aggregate of P.C.M. or P.C.B. ) or any similar examination of any other authorized Board or institution.
- For students from SC/ST/or Category-I, the minimum percentage of marks for admission to the B.pharm. course must be at least 35% in the P.U.C. or its equivalent exam (P.C.B., P.C.M., or P.C.M.B), P.C. and Computer Science, or P.C. and Electronics.
- Candidates who have completed a D.Pharmacy programme that has been approved by the Pharmacy Council of India and has an overall passing grade of at least 50% are also eligible for this programme.
- For M.Pharm admission, candidate who has passed the B.Pharm degree examination of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, or any other recognised Indian University established by law in India, or any other degree courses in Pharmacy recognised as equivalent by RGUHS, Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and/or All India Council of Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E) for this purpose and who has secured not less than 55% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years) prescribed.
